Job summary

USER Experience Researchers in Cyberjaya, Malaysia seeks an experienced L2/L3 application and production support specialist. You will tackle BAU activities, system monitoring, and incident resolution while collaborating with development, infra, and DB teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Unix/Linux, Application Support, Production Support, or a related technical role.
• Hands-on knowledge of Unix/Linux commands and environments.
• Experience with Shell Scripting.
• Knowledge of Oracle SQL and database query language.
• Knowledge of MySQL and MySQL query language.
• Experience with production/support and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of GitLab and source/version control processes.
• Knowledge of JFrog/Artifactory and artifact management.
• Experience or knowledge of Zabbix monitoring.

• Monitor health using Zabbix and respond to alerts.
• Collaborate with Dev, Infra, DB and other teams to resolve issues.
• Participate in incident, problem, and change management.

• Prepare operational docs and troubleshooting guides.
