Hong Kong Unison Limited is seeking an experienced L3 Application Maintenance / Production Support specialist for Java Spring Boot apps in Kuala Lumpur. You will troubleshoot complex incidents, perform RCA, and implement permanent fixes while coordinating with L1/L2 teams and developers.

Responsibilities include deploying patches, supporting releases, and monitoring health to uphold SLA commitments. Strong Unix/Linux and Oracle DB skills are essential for success.

Qualificações

• Mandatory: strong Java Spring Boot experience with debugging skills.
• Unix/Linux command-line proficiency for log analysis and troubleshooting.

• Knowledge of Unix/Linux, Oracle Database, and middleware (WebLogic/JBoss).
• Experience with incident management, RCA, and release support.
• Familiarity with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or Remedy
