Job summary

Getronics Malaysia is seeking a capable helpdesk professional to provide first-line support for hardware, software, and mobile devices in a fast-paced IT environment.

You will diagnose issues, assist with account setups, and guide users through resolutions while maintaining accurate ticketing and IT asset records. This role involves collaboration on new solutions and IT projects to improve user experience.

Requirement:

• Working knowledge and expertise with a variety of software , hardware and applications.
• Good understanding of mobile devices and other tech products.
• Knowledge on both MS Windows and Mac OS X environments.
• Strong oral and written communication skills . Ability to translate end-users requirements. Ability to clear communicate, interpret, explain technical concept, to technical and non- technical users at various levels.
• Mandarin and English Language is a MUST.
