The role requires a Bachelor's degree in HR/related field and 3+ years in training, with at least 1 year in a managerial capacity.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business Management, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of related experience with at least 1 year in a managerial role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and training delivery tools.

Responsabilidades

• Create training and talent development programmes within the HR budget.
• Ensure compliance of key training programs across hotel and corporate levels.
• Collaborate with regional training partners to design solutions.
• Develop trainers and coach content delivery for all programs.
• Prepare monthly training progress reports and maintain records.
