Holiday Inn & Suites Penang Prai is seeking a Training Manager to shape the hotel’s learning & development function and build qualified departmental trainers. You will establish a system to generate training data and evaluate results, guiding the culture in line with IHG standards.

The role drives staff education from onboarding to supervisory development, ensuring programs exist for service, safety, leadership, and performance.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management is required or equivalent.
• Postgraduate qualification in HRM, L&D or Training is preferred.
• At least four years in a supervisory training role is expected.

• Create training programmes to foster a positive work environment for all employees.
• Educate and train managers on onboarding programmes and Winning Culture.
• Analyze training needs and develop a Training Business Plan for senior leadership.
• Familiarize and apply IHG HR and Training Standards locally.
