Job summary

LAGENDA PROPERTIES BERHAD is seeking a Site Supervisor to supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities, ensuring work is carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications and project schedules.

You will monitor daily progress, manage manpower, coordinate with subcontractors, and resolve issues promptly to keep the project on track, while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in coordinating on-site construction activities.
• Ability to monitor progress and ensure alignment with drawings and specs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities to ensure work is executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Monitor daily work progress and manpower deployment to ensure smooth site operations and timely completion of tasks.
• Coordinate closely with sub-contractors on daily work schedules and resolve technical or operational issues promptly.
• Ensure all works are carried out in compliance with required quality standards and project specifications.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor workmanship and identify defects.
• Ensure construction works comply with safety regulations, company policies, and site safety requirements at all times.
• Prepare and submit daily and weekly site progress reports, including updates on work status, challenges encountered, and action plans.
• Assist in site measurements, material verification, and documentation related to site activities.
