You will research prospects, perform outbound calls and campaigns, maintain CRM records, and contribute to strategy with market insights.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; degree preferred.
• 1–2 years in sales development or similar role.
• Prospect effectively via phone, email and digital channels.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organization and lead/pipeline management.
• Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office.
• Self-motivated, result-driven, target-focused.
• Able to work independently and in a team.

Responsabilités

• Identify and research prospective customers in Kuala Lumpur to build targeted lists.
• Execute outbound activities: cold calls, emails, social media to generate leads.
• Qualify initial needs and assess fit with services.
• Maintain detailed CRM records of interactions and preferences.
• Collaborate with sales to prepare presentations and proposals.
• Coordinate meetings between prospects and senior reps or Account Executives.
• Track KPIs: call volumes, lead generation, conversion progress.
• Participate in product training and market research to stay updated.
