Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a Sr. Specialist, Sales Support (Korean Speaker) in Kuala Lumpur to support sales teams with quotes, pricing, and contract administration. The role reports to a Sales Support Manager and offers training opportunities to grow skills.

The ideal candidate is a local Malaysian with a Diploma or Degree, 0–3 years’ experience, fluent in English and Korean, TOPIK 5/6, and proficient in Microsoft Office. A hybrid work arrangement is available at the KL office.

Qualifications

• Graduates with a Diploma/Degree, 0–3 years relevant experience; fresh grads welcome.
• Fluent in English and Korean.
• TOPIK Level 5/6 certification.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotes for contract renewal and RFP/RFI responses.
• Maintain quote documentation with pricing and configurations.
• Ensure accuracy of client information in databases.
• Update and manage Excel spreadsheets.
• Handle internal/external queries professionally.
• Process Purchase Orders and reconcile bookings.
• Perform QA self-checks and peer-checks.
• Grow knowledge to identify improvements.
• Escalate complex items to management as needed.
• Identify operational risks and raise to management.
• Follow KMIP methodology in daily activities.
