Job summary

TRIPLE TREE ENRICHMENT CENTRE in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Korean-speaking Administrator & Course Consultant to support daily operations, handle course enquiries, enrol students, and provide high-quality customer service in Korean and English.

The ideal candidate is fluent in Korean and English, well-organised and friendly, with a Diploma or Bachelor's in Administration, Education, Marketing, or Communications. Weekend availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Korean and English (spoken and written).
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Administration, Education, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Experience in education, administration, customer service, sales, or course consultation is an advantage.
• Willing to work some weekends and be legally eligible to work in Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with Korean- and English-speaking parents, students, and visitors.
• Handle course enquiries via WhatsApp, phone, and social media.
• Provide information on courses, fees, schedules, and enrolment.
• Arrange trial classes, schedules, and follow-ups.
• Assist with student enrolment, payments, renewals, and course changes.
• Maintain student records, attendance, payment information, and administrative documents.
• Coordinate with teachers and management on daily operations and parent feedback.
• Support customer follow-up and student enrolment.
• Assist with general administrative and front-desk duties.
