Job summary

Cognizant Malaysia is seeking a Content Moderator who speaks Korean to join our office-based team in Kuala Lumpur. You will review user-generated content, apply client policies, and escalate issues as needed while maintaining confidentiality and quality standards.

The role requires TOPIK L5/L6, strong written and spoken Korean, good English, and the ability to handle explicit content in a fast-paced, 24/7 shift environment.

Qualifications

• Korean language proficiency with TOPIK L5/L6
