Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or related field.
• 3–4 years in corporate finance, GL accounting or financial reporting.
• Experience in SSC or BPO environment is highly desirable.
• Fluency in English and Korean for supporting Korean affiliates.

Responsibilities

• Drive month-, quarter-, and year-end closing activities with accuracy.
• Manage core accounting transactions, calculations, accruals, and JEs.
• Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations and resolve open items.
• Maintain up-to-date process documentation for internal controls.
• Assist in audits and respond to audit inquiries from internal/external auditors.
• Collaborate to identify and implement continuous process improvements.
