Job summary

Eppendorf Asia Pacific Sdn. Bhd. (EARC) is seeking an experienced R2R/GL Analyst to own end-to-end record-to-report processes in Malaysia.

You will manage journal entries, reconciliations, and closing activities for multiple entities, ensuring accurate financial statements and compliance with global and local requirements. The role requires SAP and strong Excel skills, English proficiency, and the ability to collaborate across locations.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in Record-to-Report/General Ledger roles.
• Strong knowledge of closing processes and accounting principles.
• Proficient in SAP and advanced MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end R2R activities for month-end to year-end closing.
• Maintain general ledger accuracy and prepare reports per requirements.
• Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations and intercompany reconciliations.
• Process journal entries, accruals, and closing adjustments.
• Support audits and tax queries with schedules and documentation.
