Job summary

Roche in Malaysia seeks a Finance & Accounting professional to manage month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing activities with accurate reporting and strong process discipline. You will analyze journals, perform reconciliations, and support ICFR compliance while coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring timely delivery of financial statements.

Minimum 5 years of working experience in accounting or related fields.
Proficiency in SAP and MS Office is required.
Excellent written and verbal English; Japanese language skills are mandatory.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and execute month end, quarter end and year end closing activities.
Perform and analyze booking accounting transactions with timely and accurate execution.
Clear open items, analyze P&L and balance sheet, and perform cost center checks.
Ensure accruals are justified and journals are posted timely.
Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliation and reporting packages on time.
Assist ICFR compliance and document control, with knowledge transfer to team.
