Job summary

Roche is seeking a Record to Report PEC Analyst to join our global shared services hub in a role supporting Korea. You will manage general ledger accounting, perform analytical reviews, and drive continuous process improvements within a collaborative regional team.

The ideal candidate has 3–4 years in corporate finance with experience in SSC/BPO, fluency in English and Korean, and strong ERP/SAP skills for accurate financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Degree/ Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in corporate finance, general ledger accounting or financial reporting.
• Experience in SSC or BPO environment desirable.
• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP) and proficiency with spreadsheets and productivity tools.
• Fluent in English and Korean to support Korean affiliates.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing activities with timely and accurate account closures.
• Perform and analyze core accounting transactions, journal entries, and accruals with high precision.
• Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations, clear open items, and submit complete financial reporting packages.
• Maintain process documentation compliant with financial controls and policies.
• Support audits and respond to audit inquiries, acting as a liaison with internal/external auditors.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement continuous improvement solutions.
