Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking a Korean-speaking finance professional to join our regional Shared Service Centre responsible for Record-to-Report (R2R) operations and intercompany accounting workflows.

You will handle IC processing and cash flow, maintain vendor/customer master data and Fixed Assets, and support month-end closing and reporting in collaboration with local finance teams. The role also covers process migrations, DTP maintenance, and ongoing digitalization initiatives including RPA.

Qualifications

• Korean language proficiency required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Intercompany processing and cash flow management, including IC vendor invoice processing and payment follow-ups.
• Master data maintenance for vendors and customers, including MDG and fixed assets handling.
• Month-end closing and reporting in collaboration with local finance teams to meet deadlines.

They are seeking a Korean-speaking finance professional for their regional Shared Service Centre (SSC) to manage Record-to-Report (R2R) operations and intercompany accounting workflows.

About the job

• Intercompany Processing & Cash Flow: Handle intercompany (IC) vendor invoice processing, manage incoming payment collections, prepare payment lists, and follow up on overdue IC customer accounts.
• Master Data & Fixed Assets Management: Maintain and update vendor and customer master data (MDG). Handle Fixed Assets tasks, including setting up construction in progress (CIP) assets and executing asset transfers upon project completion.
• Month-End Closing & Reporting: Collaborate with local finance teams to meet monthly closing deadlines, post payroll adjustments, handle expense accruals/provisions, and ensure accurate, timely reconciliations and reporting.
• Operations & Documentation: Support process migrations from local entities and draft, maintain, and continuously update Desktop Procedures (DTP).
• Process Enhancement & Ad-hoc Support: Drive continuous improvement by supporting digitalization, optimization, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) initiatives, while assisting with ad-hoc reporting and operational tasks.
