GST MALAYSIA PLT is seeking a KOL Specialist to enhance our beauty and lifestyle brands across TikTok, Instagram and Threads. You will plan and execute influencer campaigns, craft trend-driven content, and build a vibrant community.

Responsibilities include sourcing KOLs, briefing, content review, performance tracking, and delivering creative briefs. Join a fast-paced branding team in Kuala Lumpur with strong collaboration and growth potential.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of hands‑on experience in social media management or influencer marketing.
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram or Threads content styles, algorithms, and audience behavior.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
• A creative mindset with attention to detail and visual aesthetics.

• Manage & grow the brand’s presence on TikTok, Instagram or Threads, ensuring consistent tone, visuals, and messaging.
• Plan, execute, and optimize influencer (KOL) collaborations – from sourcing and briefing to content review and performance tracking.

We are looking for a passionate and creative KOL Specialist to grow our brand presence across Tiktok, Instagram or Threads. You will play a key role in planning and executing influencer collaborations, crafting trend-driven content, and building a strong, engaged community for our beauty and lifestyle brands.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage & grow the brand’s presence on Tiktok, Instagram or Threads, ensuring consistent tone, visuals, and messaging.

Plan, execute, and optimize influencer (KOL) collaborations – from sourcing and briefing to content review and performance tracking.

Identifying and researching suitable KOLs/influencers

Outreach, relationship-building, and negotiation
