Job summary

usmile seeks a KOL BD Specialist to develop and manage partnerships with Instagram KOLs and Shopee affiliates, driving brand awareness and sales.

You will identify, onboard, and manage influencers and affiliate partners, coordinate campaigns from briefing to posting, and optimize performance through data-driven insights.

The role requires a marketing degree and 1–3 years in influencer or affiliate marketing, with strong communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 1–3 years experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or KOL management.
• Strong understanding of Instagram influencer ecosystem.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple partnerships and campaigns simultaneously.
• Data-driven mindset with basic analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and onboard Instagram KOLs that align with the brand’s target audience and campaign goals.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of influencers and affiliate partners to support ongoing marketing campaigns.
• Conduct outreach, negotiate collaboration terms, and manage contracts, deliverables, and commission structures with creators.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute KOL marketing campaigns from briefing to content posting.
• Manage and optimize the Shopee Affiliate program, including affiliate onboarding and performance tracking.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics such as sales, engagement, traffic, and conversion rates.
• Maintain strong relationships with KOLs while identifying new influencer trends and collaboration opportunities.
