Knowles Electronics (M) Sdn. Bhd. invites fresh graduates to join the Graduate Trainee Program in Bayan Lepas, Penang.

The program includes daily on-the-job training and a structured plan to develop your abilities, skills, and knowledge in your area of interest. The contract lasts 18 months with EPF & SOCSO contributions. Only Malaysians are eligible, and the program aims to fast-track your career with hands-on training and departmental support.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate with a degree in any Engineering, Business, or Management discipline.
• Malaysian citizens only.
• Willing to relocate to or be based in Bayan Lepas, Penang, Malaysia.

In the Knowles Graduate Trainee Program, other than the Daily On The Job Training, you will be put through a Structured Training Plan & Platform to develop your Ability, Skill & Knowledge in your specific area of interest & specialty.
The Program aims to build your Ability, Skill & Knowledge that will directly impact your confident & fast pace your career in your specific area of interest.
