Job summary

Duopharma Biotech Berhad invites fresh graduates to join ProGrad, a 24-month accelerated development programme to groom future business leaders across manufacturing, technical, or commercial/off ice support. In the first year you rotate through departments; in the second year you are placed where you fit best.

The learning journey includes on-the-job training, formal training, coaching, real-life business case challenges, and project assignments. The January 2027 intake is highlighted.

Qualifications

• Minimum degree with CGPA of 3.0 and above.
• Fresh graduates with less than 2 years of working experience.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Area/Scope: manufacturing, technical or commercial/office support with rotations in year 1 and a placement in year 2.
• Learning journey includes on-the-job training, formal training, coaching, and real-life business case challenges.

ProGrad is our accelerated career development programme designed to equip talented young graduates to become future business leaders.

Duration : ProGrad is a 24 months program

Area /Scope : You have the option of joining either in the area of manufacturing, technical or commercial / office support.

Job Rotations: You will be rotated to various departments in the 1st year. And in the second year, you will be placed in the department that you are most suitable in.
