Job summary

Sinergia Talents is seeking a Sales Representative based in Kluang, Johor to promote and sell agricultural and fresh produce products. You will identify opportunities, build relationships with pasar borong, retailers, and distributors, and ensure timely delivery and service quality.

Ideal candidates have sales or agriculture experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and willingness to travel within Johor. Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin are preferred, with English as an added advantage.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, marketing or agriculture related business is an advantage.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Able to speak Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin; English is an added advantage.
• Own transport and willingness to travel within assigned state or nearby regions.
• Smartphone and basic computer skills for reporting and communication.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell the company's agriculture and fresh produce products to pasar borong, retailers, distributors, wholesalers.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular market visits to understand customer needs, competitor activities and market trends.
• Prepare and submit customer feedback and market insight.
• Work closely with the internal team to ensure timely delivery and service quality.
• Represent the company in a professional manner and uphold its reputation in the market.
