Job summary

Sinergia Talents in Hulu Selangor is seeking a Sales Representative for Agriculture based in Hulu Selangor. You will promote and sell agriculture and fresh produce to pasar borong, retailers, distributors and wholesalers.

The role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, and Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin; English is an added advantage. You must be self-motivated, able to travel within the state, and own a smartphone for reporting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, marketing or agriculture related business is an advantage.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Able to speak and write in Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin (English is an added advantage)
• Self-motivated, independent and result-driven.
• Must have own transportation and willing to travel within assigned state or nearby regions.
• Possess a smartphone and basic computer skills for reporting and communication.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell the company's agriculture and fresh produce products to pasar borong, retailers, distributors, wholesalers
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationship to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular market visits to understand customer needs, competitor activities and market trends.
• Prepare and submit customer feedback and market insight.
• Work closely with the internal team to ensure timely delivery and service quality.
• Represent the company in a professional manner and uphold the company's reputation in the market.
