Qualifications

• Experience in insurance operations / policy servicing / broking support.
• Insurance knowledge is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to work accurately within SLA/KPI-driven environments.

Responsibilities

• Process and check insurance slips, policies, endorsements and related documents.
• Support brokers with placement and policy servicing activities.
• Perform policy/endorsement checking against placing slips and insurer documents.
• Identify discrepancies and request amendments from insurers.
• Prepare transmittal emails and send policies/endorsements to clients/insured.
• Meet required SLAs and KPIs while maintaining accuracy and quality.
• Follow company policies and maintain basic knowledge of insurance processes and legislation.
• Handle other operational tasks as assigned.
