Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a dedicated Middle of House / Back of House Kitchen Crew member to support daily kitchen tasks and ensure smooth operations across outlets in Kuala Lumpur. You will help with food preparation, maintain cleanliness, and assist with stock replenishment as needed.

Ideal candidates will have Typhoid and Food Handling certifications and be comfortable in a fast-paced F&B setting. Training will be provided for those with Kitchen or F&B experience.

Qualifications

• Have valid Typhoid and Food Handling Certification.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced F&B environment.
• Able to commit to an 8-hour shift, inclusive of a 1-hour break.
• Kitchen or F&B experience is an advantage, but training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and handle food items based on outlet procedures and required standards.
• Assist the team with basic cooking and kitchen preparation.
• Monitor and replenish ingredients and supplies during operations.
• Keep workstations organized and ready for service.
• Wash, clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils and preparation areas.
• Work closely with other kitchen team members during busy periods.
