Responsibilities

• Assist kitchen staff in unloading and receiving food supplies from delivery trucks.
• Store ingredients and food items properly in accordance with food safety and hygiene standards.
• Wash and dry dishes, utensils, cookware, and cutting boards thoroughly.
• Organize and store kitchen equipment, utensils, and dishes in their designated places.
• Assist in packing takeaway orders accurately and efficiently.
• Dispose of kitchen waste, replace garbage bags, and clean garbage bins regularly.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors and maintain cleanliness in all kitchen areas.
• Ensure the kitchen is clean, organized, and hygienic at all times.
• Follow food safety procedures and workplace health and safety guidelines.
