• Valid Typhoid Vaccination and MOH Food Handler Course Certificate.
• Basic understanding of kitchen operations and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Strong teamwork, punctuality, and good communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in washing, chopping, prepping ingredients, and assembling menu items following standard recipes.
• Prepare and cook dishes according to food safety protocols, ensuring consistency in portioning, presentation, and taste.
• Maintain a clean workspace; wash utensils, prep boards, and equipment according to Ministry of Health (KKM) standards.
• Inspect incoming ingredients, ensure proper food labeling, and enforce stock rotation (FIFO) in chillers and freezers.
• Clean prep stations, empty trash bins, clean grease traps, and assist in daily opening/closing procedures.
