Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and assist with cooking according to recipes and kitchen standards.
• Assist chefs and kitchen staff during service.
• Ensure food is prepared, stored and handled with proper hygiene.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and utensils.
• Receive, store and rotate ingredients; monitor stock levels.
• Support timely preparation of orders during peak service.
