Baby Cakoi HQ is a newly established snack shop in Melaka, offering cakoi with crispy outside and fluffy inside texture, plus catering and licensing packages. The role covers customer service, food prep, cashier duties, and maintaining a clean shop environment.

Qualifications

• STPM/Diploma/Certificate/Degree or equivalent is preferred.
• Must be able to work overtime/weekend/public holiday.
• Optional: Possess a valid driving license.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, provide recommendations, and ensure excellent service.
• Prepare main ingredients for cakoi and dip sauce following SOP.
• Operate cashier and manage transactions and orders accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, display areas, and dining spaces.
• Collaborate with kitchen and support team to ensure smooth operations.
• Promote upselling of add-ons and promotions to enhance customer experience.

Company Overview:
Baby Cakoi HQ is a newly established snack shop located at Taman 1 Lagenda, Melaka. Baby Cakoi is known for its texture that is crispy on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside. Currently, we operate HQ in Melaka. We also providing catering services for any events and occasions. In addition, we offer licensing packages and have established more than ten stall outlets in Sungai Udang, Jasin, Beranang, Dungun, Kuala Terengganu, Ayer Molek, Kelantan,Selangor, sg Petani, Kuala Nerang, Tg Malim and Johor.

Responsibilities:

Customer Service: Create a welcoming and friendly environment for our customers. Greet and assist customers with their orders, providing recommendations and answering any inquiries. Ensure prompt and efficient service, consistently delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Food Preparation: Prepare main ingredients to make cakoi and dip sauce , following SOP and maintaining high-quality standards. This includes handling ingredients and ensuring proper presentation for maximum visual appeal.

Cashiering and Order Management: Operate the cash register, accurately process transactions, and handle cash in accordance with company policies. Efficiently manage customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of snacks.

Maintaining Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized snack shop, including workstations, display areas, and dining areas. Follow proper food handling and safety protocols to ensure a hygienic environment.

Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other Kitchen Crew Members and support team members to ensure smooth operations. Assist in restocking inventory, monitoring supplies, and contributing to a positive team atmosphere.

Promoting Upselling Opportunities: Actively engage with customers to highlight additional snack options, promotions, and special offers. Upsell and recommend add-ons to enhance customers' dessert experience.
