Job description

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Kindergarten Teacher to join our dynamic team at NimbleBee International Sdn Bhd. As a Kindergarten Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and developmentally appropriate educational programs to our youngest learners, aged 3-6 years old. This is a full‑time position based in our Setapak, Kuala Lumpur location.

What you’ll be doing

• Planning and implementing a comprehensive curriculum that fosters children’s cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development
• Creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment that supports the needs of each child
• Conducting age‑appropriate activities, lessons, and play‑based learning experiences to encourage exploration, curiosity, and creativity
• Observing and assessing children’s progress, and adjusting teaching strategies accordingly
• Maintaining clear and regular communication with parents and families to provide updates on their child’s development
• Collaborating with the teaching team to share best practices and implement continuous improvements
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant early childhood education regulations and standards

What we’re looking for

• A Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
• Strong knowledge of child development, learning theories, and age‑appropriate teaching methodologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and colleagues
• Creativity, patience, and a genuine passion for nurturing young minds
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently
• Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia
