Responsibilities

• Handle client requests via live chat, phone, and email with accuracy.
• Escalate issues to specialists using Salesforce or Jira.
• Update clients on status and verify documents within regions on an hourly basis.
• Prepare reports and documentation with appropriate detail and accuracy.
• Meet quarterly KPI targets set by CS manager.
