PCA Group Sdn Bhd is seeking a capable leader to oversee daily production operations across Malaysia, China, India, Mexico, and other sites. You will manage production planning, material coordination, and maintenance activities to meet targets, while ensuring safety and quality standards are maintained and delivery schedules are met.

Responsibilities

• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime, production costs, and process inefficiencies.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity, operational efficiency, quality, and overall manufacturing performance.
• Ensure products are manufactured according to quality standards, specifications, and customer requirements.
• Monitor production processes, machine performance, material utilization, and operational KPIs.
• Develop, motivate, coach, and guide production team members to enhance skills and competencies.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping, workplace safety, and compliance within the factory.
• Collaborate closely with procurement, QA/QC, warehouse, engineering, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

The Job

Lead and manage daily production operations, production planning, material coordination, and maintenance activities to achieve company objectives.

Ensure production targets, efficiency, output volume, and delivery schedules are achieved effectively.

Plan manpower and production capacity while optimizing resources and operational performance.

Responsibilities

Implement continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime, production costs, and process inefficiencies.
