Job summary

Perfect Companion in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a results-driven Key Account Manager to plan, manage, grow and develop business opportunities with assigned key accounts. You will build collaborative trading partnerships, drive category sales and expand market shares through strategic planning and effective promotions.

You will monitor sales performance, review marketing effectiveness, negotiate yearly terms with retailers, and develop Joint-Business Plans via trade marketing campaigns.

Qualifications

• Business-related degree required or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability in account management and negotiations.
• Strong communication, presentation and analytical skills.
• Fluent in English and Malay, with cross-functional collaboration ability.
• Willingness to travel nationwide and manage multiple accounts.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, grow and develop business opportunities with key accounts assigned.
• Develop collaborative trading partnerships with key customers to drive category sales.
• Monitor and review sales performance and marketing effectiveness.
• Plan and coordinate promotions with inter department teams for timely execution.
• Negotiate yearly trading terms with retailers.
• Develop Joint-Business Plans via Trade Marketing Campaigns to maximize brand awareness.
