Job summary

You will join a regional technical team, perform site visits across Johor, monitor system performance, and help maintain safe, efficient water systems for customers. Training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental, Mechanical or related fields.
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply; full training provided.
• Interest in water treatment, industrial utilities, or process engineering.
• Basic understanding of cooling towers or boilers is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Good communication and willingness to interact with customers.
• Responsible, self-driven, able to work independently with guidance.

Responsibilities

• Technical Service & System Monitoring: conduct site visits across Johor to monitor cooling tower and boiler water systems.
• Application & Operational Support: assist in water treatment program implementation and equipment maintenance.
• Customer Interaction: provide frontline technical support and communicate findings clearly.
• Compliance & Safety: follow SOPs, support hygiene monitoring and regulatory documentation.
