Job summary

Green Island Feed Mills Sdn. Bhd. in Simpang Ampat, Malaysia, is hiring a Warehouse Coordinator (fresh graduates encouraged) for a full-time, on-site role.

You will coordinate daily warehouse activities, verify materials, maintain records, and support production and delivery processes. The ideal candidate has a relevant diploma or certificate, some warehouse exposure (1–2 years preferred), and proficient Excel skills. Willingness to work overtime or weekends is required.

Qualifications

• SPM/Certificate/Diploma in Logistics, Warehouse Management, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Minimum 1–2 years of warehouse or inventory experience preferred.
• Experience in feed milling, food manufacturing, agriculture, or FMCG is an advantage.
• Familiar with inventory control, stocktaking, FIFO/FEFO, and warehouse documentation.
• Experience using ERP, inventory, or warehouse management systems is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic reporting.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work overtime, shifts, or weekends when required.
• Forklift competency or licence is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatching.
• Verify incoming materials and finished goods against documents.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct stock counts.
• Coordinate material issuance to Production and finished goods delivery to customers.
• Prepare delivery orders, stock reports, and warehouse documentation.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages, damage, or discrepancies.
• Liaise with Production, Purchasing, Logistics, and Quality teams.
• Ensure stock rotation using FIFO/FEFO.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, 5S standards and compliance with SOPs.
• Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned.
