AnyMind Group in Malaysia is seeking a Junior Executive to support daily warehouse fulfillment on the floor, assisting picking and packing and helping meet SLAs during peak campaigns. You will work closely with experienced managers to learn the ropes of e-commerce logistics and use our WMS for daily tasks.

The role emphasizes hands-on operations, attention to detail, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong interest in e-commerce fulfillment, warehouse operations, and logistics mechanics.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end daily warehouse operations, assisting in picking, packing, and floor workflows.
• Assist team leads with daily workforce coordination and high-volume shift guidance.
• Execute order management processes and monitor fulfillment timelines to meet SLAs.
• Utilize WMS and digital tools to track task completion and inventory checks.
• Identify bottlenecks on the floor and collaborate to improve workflows.
