- 1–3 years of field experience (fresh grads encouraged).
- Basic knowledge of telecommunications systems and networking.
- Willing to travel and work on-site at various locations.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Install, test, and commission telecommunications equipment (VSAT, satellite, fibre & wireless).
- Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot network infrastructure.
- Diagnose and resolve on-site technical issues.
- Support project implementation, site surveys, and system integration.
- Monitor system performance and prepare technical reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors during project execution.
- Provide technical support to customers when required.
