Job summary

NFI ENGINEERING (M) SDN BHD is seeking a skilled technician to perform installation, servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of fire protection, electrical, mechanical, or M&E systems.

You will conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to keep equipment running efficiently, diagnose faults, and carry out repairs or replacements to ensure reliability. The role includes preparing service reports and coordinating with site supervision and project teams on schedules.

Job description

Perform installation, servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of fire protection, electrical, mechanical, or M&E systems.

Conduct routine inspections, testing, and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment operates efficiently.

Diagnose faults and carry out repairs or replacements of defective components.

Prepare service reports, maintenance records, and other technical documentation.

Coordinate with the site supervisor and project team to complete work according to project schedules.

Ensure all work complies with company procedures, safety regulations, and client requirements.

Maintain tools, equipment, and materials in good working condition.

Attend emergency breakdowns and provide technical support when required.

Perform other technical duties assigned by management.
