Junior Technician - Facility & Maintenance

This is a Facility Maintenance role responsible for routine inspection and maintenance of company facilities, including office, warehouse, toilets, pantry, lighting, doors, windows, and common areas. The role involves performing basic repair and maintenance works, attending to maintenance requests and breakdowns promptly, and identifying and reporting facility defects, safety hazards, or maintenance issues.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine inspection of company facilities, including office, warehouse, toilets, pantry, lighting, doors, windows, and common areas
• Carry out basic repair and maintenance works for building facilities
• Attend to maintenance requests and breakdowns promptly
• Identify and report any facility defects, safety hazards, or maintenance issues
• Perform basic electrical maintenance such as replacing lamps, switches, sockets, and other minor electrical components
• Assist with troubleshooting of electrical, mechanical, and equipment issues
• Monitor and maintain facility equipment such as pumps, exhaust fans, air-conditioning systems, and other machinery
• Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance activities according to the maintenance schedule
• Conduct regular checks on equipment and facilities to prevent breakdowns
• Maintain proper records of inspections, maintenance, and repair activities
