Responsibilities

• Configure and manage CA API Gateway (Layer 7) for enterprise integration needs.
• Support API integration projects using REST and SOAP protocols.
• Work with XML and JSON data formats for system integrations.
• Troubleshoot integration issues across HTTP/HTTPS-based systems.
• Perform basic SQL queries to support data validation and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth system integration delivery.
• Document integration processes and issue resolutions.
