Job summary

Ifv Group Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Officer to coordinate weekly stock orders and movement between outlets and HQ. You will maintain inventory levels, manage purchase orders, and liaise with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery and compliance with quality standards.

You will also oversee Halal certification validation per JAKIM regulations and lead procurement for new outlet openings, ensuring strict adherence to project timelines and corporate SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate weekly stock ordering and movement between outlets and HQ.
• Maintain and monitor stock levels in HQ warehouses.
• Manage inventory, stock requests and purchase orders via HQ back-end system.
• Communicate with logistic partners for stock delivery arrangements.
• Ensure procurement and logistics meet quality and safety standards.
• Maintain SOPs and Price Master List for consistency.
• Improve procurement processes for supply chain objectives.
• Enhance vendor management and analyze data to improve supplier performance.
• Contribute to setting industry-leading benchmarks for business processes.
• Communicate with suppliers to ensure inventory items have current Halal certifications per JAKIM regulations.
• Monitor and validate Halal certificates, ensuring adherence to standards in procurement processes.
• Lead procurement for new outlet openings, including equipment and stock.
• Ensure strict adherence to project timelines.
