Job summary

Atlantis C&E is seeking a Site Engineer in Johor Bahru to oversee daily site activities, read drawings, and ensure quality and safety on projects. Fresh graduates are welcome, with 1–2 years' exposure as an added advantage.

Travel to project sites and strong communication skills are required. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field, and proficiency in MS Office; AutoCAD knowledge is an added advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply with 1–2 years of experience as an added advantage.
• Able to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.
• Basic knowledge of construction methods, quality control, and site safety requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage.
• Willing to travel and work at project sites as required.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating and supervising daily site activities.
• Monitor construction progress to ensure work aligns with drawings, specifications, quality standards, and schedule.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and authorities.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure safety, quality, and procedures compliance.
• Prepare and maintain site reports and project documentation.
• Assist in material planning, site measurements, and inspections.
• Identify site issues and propose practical solutions to ensure smooth execution.
• Attend site meetings and prepare minutes when required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
