Job summary

AG STAFFING is seeking Site Engineers- Civil & Structural for Data Centre construction in Johor Bahru. You will supervise on-site execution, coordinating Civil, Structural and Architectural works with MEP disciplines.

The role requires a degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, at least 5 years of relevant experience, and the ability to read drawings, manage subcontractors, and ensure safety and quality on site.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.
• At least 5 years of relevant C&S site engineering/construction management experience.
• Able to read drawings and coordinate technical issues with safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Site Supervision & Coordination: manage on-site C&S activities and coordinate CSA with MEP.
• Quality & Compliance: ensure works follow approved drawings and standards.
• Safety Management (HSE): enforce PPE rules and safety protocols on site.
