Job summary

Atlantis C&E is seeking a Site Engineer in Malaysia to coordinate daily site activities, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety rules. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; 1–2 years experience is an added advantage. Travel to project sites and strong communication skills are required. The role involves coordinating with subcontractors and documenting progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Fresh graduates encouraged; 1–2 years experience an advantage.
• Able to read and interpret construction drawings and specs.
• Willing to travel and work at project sites; good communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating and supervising daily site activities.
• Monitor construction progress to ensure work aligns with drawings, specs, quality standards and schedule.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and authorities.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure safety, quality, and procedures.
• Prepare and maintain site and progress reports and documentation.
• Assist in material planning, site measurements, and inspections.
• Identify site issues and propose practical solutions for smooth execution.
• Attend site meetings and prepare minutes.
