Job summary

Atlantis C&E is seeking a Site Engineer in Malaysia to coordinate and supervise daily site activities, ensuring work aligns with drawings, specifications, and project timelines. The role requires reading construction drawings, safety awareness, and strong communication.

Fresh graduates are welcome; 1–2 years’ experience is a plus. Travel to project sites and coordination with subcontractors are essential aspects of the job.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; 1–2 years of relevant experience is an added advantage.
• Able to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.
• Basic knowledge of construction methods, quality control, and site safety requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage.
• Willing to travel and work at project sites as required.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating and supervising daily site activities.
• Monitor construction progress to ensure work complies with drawings, specifications, quality standards, and schedule.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and authorities.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure safety, quality, and procedures compliance.
• Prepare and maintain site reports, progress reports, inspection records, and documentation.
• Assist in material planning, site measurements, and work inspections.
• Identify site issues and propose practical solutions for smooth execution.
• Attend site meetings and prepare meeting minutes as required.
• Perform other duties assigned by Management.
