Job summary

PTT Synergy Group Berhad, a leader in IoT and AI-driven automated warehousing, is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our site teams in Malaysia. You will coordinate daily activities, perform site and quality checks, and support installation of warehouse automation systems.

With at least 2 years in a similar field and a Diploma or Bachelor’s in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, you will report to the Project Manager, maintain records, and communicate effectively in English and Bahasa

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar field.
• Experience in Automated Warehouse Solutions is highly preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily site activities and inspections with project teams and contractors.
• Conduct regular site and quality checks to ensure work meets project requirements and standards.
• Monitor site progress and track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Identify and report site issues, delays, or quality concerns to the project team.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain basic site records, inspection reports, and progress updates.
• Support the installation of warehouse automation systems and equipment.
• Assist the Project Manager with day-to-day project coordination and site management.
