Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Malaysia is seeking a fresh graduate to provide 24/7 IT end-user support in English and Cantonese. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service across Windows and macOS environments, with exposure to Azure cloud and MS Exchange systems.

Ideal candidates will be strong communicators with a customer-first mindset, able to multitask across multiple requests, and capable of managing time effectively while supporting a diverse Hong Kong market.

Qualifications

• Degree Fresh Graduate.
• Good communication in English and Cantonese to support Hong Kong Market.
• Operating Systems Knowledge (Windows and macOS).
• Basic knowledge of Cloud specifically Azure.
• Basic knowledge of MS Exchange and other MS enterprise products and solutions.
• Active Directory / User Management.
• Networking Fundamentals (IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi‑Fi troubleshooting).
• Hardware Troubleshooting (desktops, laptops, peripherals).
• Software/Application Support (MS Office, email clients, enterprise apps).
