Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking an Automation Test Lead to drive automation and manual testing across banking applications. The role emphasizes test strategy, execution, reporting, and sharing best practices to improve quality and velocity.

Responsibilities include preparing testing strategy and plan, scripting and executing automated tests, and coordinating manual testing efforts with solid reporting and governance in a banking environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of Automation Testing Processes and methodologies.
• Experience with TOSCA, Appium and Selenium.
• Banking domain familiarity, especially Loan Origination and Credit Card Processing.
• Experience in automation strategy, planning, execution and reporting.

About you

Excellent Knowledge of Automation Testing Processes and methodologies

Excellent knowledge of TOSCA Tool

Appium Testing knowledge

Experience in Banking Domain - Preferably in Loan Origination + Credit Card Processing

Experience in selenium or other open-source automation Tool

Experience in preparing automation strategy and plan

Experience in Test Planning, Execution and Reporting

Experience in feasibility assessment and framework building

Experience in Automation execution, monitoring and reporting
