Job summary

Vcare Security (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a motivated junior Sales and Technical Coordinator to support the management team with technical documentation, quotations and customer coordination. Fresh graduates or those with 1–2 years of experience are welcome.

You will receive guidance from senior technicians on drawings and technical tasks. You will prepare AutoCAD drawings, organise catalogues, update design information, and handle routine admin duties.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or Engineering Drafting.
• Fresh graduates welcome.
• Basic AutoCAD drawing knowledge; read simple drawings.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel and email for documentation.
• Good communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia; others a plus.
• Organised and proactive; able to handle mixed technical and admin tasks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and revise basic AutoCAD drawings for quotations.
• Compile product catalogues, technical specs, submission documents and quotation attachments; check completeness.
• Support new product development by updating drawings and coordinating information.
• Assist with customer enquiries, quotation preparation and follow-ups.
• Source local and overseas suppliers, request quotations and compare offers; purchasing approval with management.
• Assist with HR and office administration tasks (leave records, recruitment, reminders).
• Coordinate with senior technical team for drawing checks and guidance.
