Job summary

BRIGHTEN BUSINESS CONSULTING SDN. BHD. in Kuala Lumpur is recruiting for a Project Coordinator (AutoCAD) to support a Hong Kong-based client in renovation, A&A, and fit-out projects.

You will prepare, update, and coordinate AutoCAD drawings, liaise with project managers, contractors, and suppliers, and ensure documentation is submitted accurately and on time. 1–3 years of experience in construction is preferred; proficiency in AutoCAD and ability to read architectural drawings required;

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in construction, renovation, interior fit-out, or A&A projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD with the ability to independently prepare and revise shop drawings, construction drawings, submission drawings and as-built drawings.
• Able to read and interpret architectural and construction drawings.
• Familiar with construction documentation, material submissions, and project coordination processes.
• Good understanding of renovation, fit-out, or A&A project workflow.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, modify, and update 2D AutoCAD drawings for construction, renovation, and A&A projects.
• Produce and revise shop drawings, submission drawings, and as-built drawings.
• Coordinate drawing revisions based on client, consultant, and site requirements.
• Maintain proper version control and filing of all technical drawings.
• Coordinate material submissions and technical documentation with contractors and subcontractors.
