Job summary

RF Station Sdn Bhd, a Malaysian engineering consultancy specialising in RF and microwave engineering, is seeking a Junior Sales Executive to grow and manage accounts. No engineering background required; you will learn about our services and work closely with engineers and directors.

You'll reach out to customers, understand their needs, prepare quotations, maintain relationships, and support marketing activities, with travel within Malaysia as needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in any field; Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Comfortable talking to people with a friendly, approachable personality.
• Good spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Own transport and willing to travel for customer visits within Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to new and existing customers by phone, email and in person.
• Understand customer needs and work with our engineering team to propose the right solution.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries, and keep the sales pipeline moving.
• Maintain good relationships with existing accounts and identify repeat business.
• Support marketing activities such as exhibitions, seminars and customer visits.
• Keep customer records and sales reports up to date.

RF Station Sdn Bhd is a Malaysian engineering consultation company specialising in RF and microwave engineering. We support customers in the aerospace, defence, telecommunications, semiconductor and industrial sectors with simulation, EMC testing and specialised engineering services. We are a small, hands-on team — you will work closely with our engineers and directors, and your contribution will be visible from day one.

The Role

We are looking for a Junior Sales Executive to help grow and manage our accounts. You do not need an engineering background. What matters most is that you enjoy talking to people, are willing to learn, and can follow through reliably. We will teach you what you need to know about our services.

What You'll Do

• Reach out to new and existing customers by phone, email and in person
• Understand customer needs and work with our engineering team to propose the right solution
• Prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries, and keep the sales pipeline moving

What We're Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in any field (Business, Marketing, Communication, Engineering or others)
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Comfortable and confident talking to people; a friendly, approachable personality
• Good spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage)
• Organized, responsible and able to follow up without being chased
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office / email)
• Possess own transport and willing to travel for customer visits within Malaysia
• Technical knowledge is not required — genuine interest in learning is
