Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in any field (Business, Marketing, Communication, Engineering or others).
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply - full training and mentoring provided.
• Comfortable and confident talking to people; a friendly, approachable personality.
• Good spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage).
• Organised, responsible, and able to follow up without being chased.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office / email).
• Possess own transport and willing to travel for customer visits within Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to new and existing customers in Malaysia by phone, email and in person.
• Understand customer needs and work with our engineering team to propose the right solution.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries, and keep the sales pipeline moving.
• Maintain good relationships with existing accounts and identify repeat business.
• Support marketing activities such as exhibitions, seminars and customer visits.
• Keep customer records and sales reports up to date.
